1. Send us your QS5 serial number with your address with a description of the issue.

2. We send you a prepaid label and we begin our tests on your machine. Make sure you include the pedal, control box and the handpiece.

3. We send you a quote for the repair, once accepted and paid repair will be done.

4. You get your device repaired to your office.
